Agreement Between You and 777win

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777win.bar, including all associated services, products, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support channels operated by 777win.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 777win. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name on behalf of a single player — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balance derived from bonus activity.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account where applicable. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

777win reserves the right to accept, decline, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the relevant stake has been deducted from the player's wallet balance. Verbal confirmations or screenshots taken prior to the issuance of a reference number do not constitute a confirmed bet.

5.2 Cricket Betting — Specific Rules

Cricket markets on 777win cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches, and other ICC-sanctioned events. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external circumstances, settlement rules for the affected markets will follow the official ICC playing conditions for the relevant format. 777win's cricket trading team may suspend markets at any time where circumstances affect the integrity of the market.

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds accepted at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, regardless of subsequent market movements. 777win does not offer best-odds guarantees unless explicitly stated for a specific promotion.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to market suspension during key moments in a match (e.g., a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded). Where a bet is placed during a brief suspension and then accepted, the bet will be settled at the odds prevailing at the time of confirmation, not at any odds displayed during the suspension window.

5.5 Errors in Odds

Where 777win publishes odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error or human input mistake — 777win reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds and return the relevant stakes to the affected players' wallets. 777win will not be held liable for any consequential loss arising from such voids.
